Tutoring Calendar
Important Appointment Information
- Tutoring appointments are scheduled once or twice each week and meet regularly each week at that same time.
- Tutoring twice-a-week is highly recommended in many situations in order to receive enough assistance to achieve more consistent academic improvement.
- If you are unable to attend your regular weekly appointment, we will RESCHEDULE the appointment at a different time to MAKE IT UP. (See the RATES & GENERAL INFORMATION page for additional details about our Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy.)
- ****PLEASE NOTE: ONLINE MATH TUTORING IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE!****
NOTE: THE CALENDAR BELOW IS OUT-OF-DATE. I've had multiple computer issues which have prevented me from recreating the chart at this time. This school year, math tutoring is available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 4:00-8:00. Make-up appointments are available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00, and often other times. There are less available tutoring appointments this year, because I am working part-time at Nickels Intermediate School. If you are interested in tutoring, please inquire. I currently have an OPENING for ONE additional student.

- Please CONTACT US regarding availability even if you do not see a time that works for you, as NEW OPENINGS due to student schedule changes may be anticipated. Additional times may also be available.
- During the SUMMER, there is usually extra room for students who are unable to receive tutoring during the school year. Summer is actually a great time for new students to begin or younger students to receive assistance.
